South facing renovated sunny 2-bedroom apartment overlooking a green area with a great communal pool with showers.

The communal pool has WIFI, sunbeds, fitness equipment. table tennis table, children's playground with rubber tiles and a lovely large swimming pool with a shallower section for the children. That is enjoyment here.

The apartment itself has very good air conditioning in both bedrooms and both have wardrobes and beds with good mattresses and very clean.

The living room is also equipped with air conditioning, new dining table with 4 chairs and new sofa.

The new bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

The entire apartment has central heating on gas connected to the gas network but of course not necessary in the summer but has the ice-cold silent air conditioning in all rooms.

The hot water is provided with a brand-new Valliant geyser installed in the storage room.

There is also a smart TV with sports channels and films and TV channels from countries all over the world. The apartment has a security door and tilt and turn windows which is nice to ventilate if desired or maybe at night if you like that.

All double-glazed PVC windows so you can sleep wonderfully without any noise.

The kitchen is equipped with a new no frost fridge freezer, an induction hob, granite worktop, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, juice machine, new kettle, toaster all cutlery etc. It also has a water filter so you can drink straight from the tap and therefore NO bottles of water to buy and carry.

From the living room you come out onto a very spacious terrace with dining table and 4 chairs and another 2 comfortable relax chairs with footstools.

Then down a few steps to get to the walled terrace where there is a jacuzzi and you can also sit down if desired. If you come by car you can usually park it right in front of the door. If you have bicycles with you, they can easily be placed on the terrace that is on the same level and can be closed so that they are safe. Also put a new BBQ.

The location is very good and everything within walking distance. New ALDI supermarket 3 minutes’ walk (200 meters) and therefore very easy because they have EVERYTHING you need. There is also a very large Chinese bazaar that really sells everything, Jysk and another restaurant and bar and a few more shops.

There is also a shopping center 6 minutes’ walk away with pharmacy, bars and restaurants, Irish pub and much more. There is also a bus stop that goes to Torrevieja and from there to other places and to the beaches in Orihuela Costa.

Several blue flag sand beaches no more than 9 minutes by car and 3 marinas.

In the marinas you can rent speed boats from Belgian people with and without a boating license.

Furthermore, on the beaches there are beach tents and all kinds of things to rent such as canoes, jet skis, parasailing, speed boats and water bikes. Also on various beaches there are air castles and slides in the sea. lots of fun for young and old,

Also 7 minutes’ drive away are three 18-hole golf courses.

The largest shopping centre in Spain with over 140 shops (La Zenia Boulevard is only a 6 minute drive from the apartment.

There are boat trips from Torrevieja harbour that go to the island of Tabarca and you may be lucky enough to see dolphins jumping up next to the boat.

At Tabarca beautiful clear water for snorkelling. Take some bread with you and the fish will eat out of your hands.

A supermarket with Dutch products such as meat, bread, meals, custard, syrup waffles, peanut butter and you name it or they have it. They also have a good selection of German, Norwegian and Swedish products for sale

Also many top restaurants in the area but also possible 3 courses for around 15 euros p.p!!

Just ask me because I have lived and worked here for 25 years as a sworn estate agent for the sale of existing houses and new construction but that aside.

the fishing village of Torrevieja at 7 km is also definitely worth a visit visit and stroll along the Boulevard where even swimming islands have been built in the sea and there is plenty to see and do.
