The kitchen is equipped with a new no frost fridge freezer, an induction hob, granite worktop, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, juice machine, new kettle, toaster all cutlery etc. It also the best water filter system there is on the market to get, so you can drink straight from the tap and therefore NO bottles of heavy water to buy and carry them home.
From the living room you come out onto a very spacious terrace with dining table and 4 chairs and another 2 comfortable relax chairs with footstools.
Then down a few steps to get to the walled terrace where there is a jacuzzi and you can also sit down on this terrace because there is plenty of space.
If you come by car, you can usually park it right in front of the door. If you have bicycles with you, they can easily be placed on the terrace that is on the same level and can be closed so that they are safe. Also, a good space to have a BBQ.
For recreation, there is a town hall-owned pool just a two-minute walk away. Homeowners in the community pay 250 euros annually for access to this facility.
The location is very good and everything within walking distance. New ALDI supermarket 3 minutes’ walk (200 meters) and therefore very easy because they have EVERYTHING you need. There is also a very large Chinese bazaar that really sells everything, Jysk and another restaurant and bar and a few more shops.
There is also a shopping center 6 minutes’ walk away with pharmacy, bars and restaurants, Irish pub and much more. There is also a bus stop that goes to Torrevieja and from there to other places and to the beaches in Orihuela Costa.
Several blue flag sand beaches no more than 9 minutes by car and 3 marinas.
In the marinas you can rent speed boats from Belgian people with and without a boating license.
Furthermore, on the beaches there are beach tents and all kinds of things to rent such as canoes, jet skis, parasailing, speed boats and water bikes. Also on various beaches there are air castles and slides in the sea. lots of fun for young and old,
Also 7 minutes’ drive away are three 18-hole golf courses.
The largest shopping Centre in Spain with over 140 shops (La Zenia Boulevard is only a 6-minute drive from the apartment.
